Hannah has over nine years of Real Estate Investment and Management experience. She started her career at Tristan Capital Partners, focused on European commercial acquisitions and asset management. Hannah then progressed into an Investment Management role at M7 Real Estate where she was responsible for three Pan-European value add commercial real estate funds with a total asset value of c.€1.5 billion across Germany, Netherlands, Finland and Denmark. Most recently, Hannah was an Associate Director at Ares Management where she focused on managing complex real estate assets / developments within the Ares portfolio which included cash flow management, project management, building relationships with counter parties and driving value through asset management in order to maximise returns for the investors.
Hannah has an Msc in Real Estate Investment and Finance from the University of Reading.
Stuart has over 40 years experience in the construction, infrastructure and outsourcing markets. Most recently serving as COO of United Living, a construction company focused on large, high quality and sustainable residential developments. He also served as COO of Wates Living Space and CEO of Jarvis plc. Whilst Stuart's main business focus has been on turning around troubled companies, creating profitable growth, acquisitions & disposals and business strategy, his in-depth construction knowledge means he is a great advisor to the team in terms of construction management, technical knowledge plus quality and cost management.
Stuart currently serves on the board of multiple companies including Sovereign Housing Association, where he is deputy chair.
Head of Development
Rustam has over 15 years experience in luxury residential developments with a proven track record of investing and developing homes in prime central London and in Moscow, Russia. He uses his experience to maximise space, produce unique designs and build functional yet opulent living spaces. Rustam manages a team of tradesmen including architects, electricians, engineers, plumbers and specialty tradesmen for more delicate features such as marble cutting and wall panelling.
Rustam has developed homes with a total value of over £75 million across London and Moscow.
